Thank you for using our applications. We keep improving and producing more innovative products to bring you the best value. These terms of service apply to all of our products. Please read carefully before using our applications.
By using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you agree to these Terms for that organization and indicate that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In this case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.
Subscription auto-renewal:
• A subscribed user has unlimited access to speech-to-text recognition and text-to-speech. • Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase • Subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and indicated renewal cost • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's account settings after purchase • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to this publication, where applicable.
General prohibitions
You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following:
• investigate, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network or violate any security or authentication measures;
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming
• Introduce malware or our applications to distribute malware;
• send unsolicited messages, promotions, advertisements or spam;
• send altered, misleading or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";
• Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent, misleading or violates the rights of others;
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Violate the privacy of others;
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations; or
• Encourage or allow any other person to do any of the above.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove or disable access to any of your content at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, in our sole discretion, deem any of your content objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who break the law.
We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It is our policy to remove accounts that repeatedly infringe or allegedly infringe the rights of copyright holders.
